Requirements for a Return

• No more than 14 days have passed since receipt of the goods.
• The goods are in their original packaging.
• The goods show no signs of use.
• The products are not custom-made to order.
• The product is not declared as a one-off item, display item, or item with defects.

How can I cancel an order?

We're happy to support and advise you in detail beforehand to help you make the best possible decision and to avoid returns. Some of our products can also be viewed and tried out in person at our showroom in Berlin-Mitte.

To cancel, please send us an email at info@oblik.berlin or reply to the email containing your order confirmation.

Can I exchange or return products that were custom-made to order for me?

Products that are individually manufactured for you according to your material preferences, one-off items, display items, and products marked as having defects are excluded from the right of cancellation. All other products can of course be returned or exchanged. Details can be found in our Terms & Conditions under "Right of Cancellation."

There is transport damage. What do I do?

When accepting delivery, please check for any external damage. If damage is visible, please document it with photos, point it out to the carrier, and ask the carrier to note the damage in writing.

I have a complaint. What do I do?

Please send us a description and photos from different angles of your complaint to info@oblik.berlin or reply to the email containing your order confirmation.
