Money remains one of the last taboos — especially for self-employed planners and designers. But those who talk about money earn more. In this interactive evening session, we’ll break down the uncertainties around fees: How much do others charge? How do we calculate fair rates? Where are we undercutting ourselves?
The large window front at Oblik becomes a space for reflection — with anonymously collected hourly rates, the best and worst fees, and personal aha moments.
Each participant is assigned a fictional salary — and throughout the evening, will be prompted to discuss it. We’ll experience how the value of money shifts through open exchange.
Carolin Reibel provides impulses, the discussion opens up, and in the end, one clear insight remains: “Be bold with your price!”
